A new feature has been added to SImplicity. Threads that you have started will now be highlighted in your profile/recent posts.

I just checked out the latest feature...my very first post that is archived is highlighted. However, that is the only one that is highlighted. Idk if it is just me, or what.

Oh, never mind. I see that it's only highlighted for the recent posts. Not for the older posts.

I attempted twice to sign up for Silver Package. It declined my transaction each time. My credit card is in good condition so it seems you may be having continuing trouble. I will try again next week :)

angerisme...

There are no reported problems with our cc processing, transactions are going through fine.

Thank you.

Just wondering, is there a way that a user might suddenly be un-followed without you doing it?

A few follows dropped from my list suddenly, and one now has an inaccessible profile (redirects me to the main SI page when I attempt to click on the profile link). Just wondering what it meant. Thank you.

Same problem here, SilverHopes. I thought maybe someone blocked me, but I couldn't figure out why.

FYI...

My charge showed up this month as TMS*WWW SURVIVINGINFID

It isn't a problem for me but it may be for other members.

Also, is there any way to move renewals to a single yearly payment instead of monthly payments? I use a CC that I don't use regularly and I'll have a hard time remembering to make the CC payment.

Thanks!

143ANF...

I'm so sorry I didn't see this earlier!!

I got another report about this last night and just got off the phone with our cc processor. For some reason that they can't explain the 'retail description' (what shows on your statement) was changed from SIonline to what you reported.

I just ran a test transaction on myself to verify that it will show back up as SIonline and will post back here once it shows up.

Thank you for letting me know about this

Hi, I made a donation last year and was happy to support this site. I did not know that I signed up for ongoing transactions. It is now on my cc statement as survivinginfidelity, now twice. This site is not known to my spouse, however with online shared banking it will now be known. I would like to stop the re-occurring transactions. How do I do that? I thank all of you for the support over the years. Having re-occurring transactions is a hardship. I could not find a spot to private message webmaster.

Did anyone get upgraded to platinum access from the latest chess match fundraiser? I donated $50, but I still have $4.10 coming out of my account. Just wondering.

mitz, you can PM DeeplyScared. She's married to the webmaster.

Little Turtle...

We upgraded you on 11/6/2013 for the Chess Match donation, but I'll ask MH why it would show as a recurring. I'll PM you later today

Just wanted to update that I'm still getting a monthly withdrawal from my account even though MH upgraded my account for another year of Premium from the Chess Match donation.

Good news though -- the billing shows as SI ONLINE.

Hi there,

I'm sorry if I missed this - if my credit card information has changed recently, how do I change that on SImplicity? Thank you in advance.

Silverhopes...

The easiest and most secure way (because we don't store cc information) would be to just let your current subscription expire and then renew with your new cc information
