I enjoyed it. I made a big list of things I was going to do to become happier, but I'm not sure I have kept any of them up, other than quitting drinking (which has actually had a big impact on my health and happiness because it had got out of hand).

It was okay. I picked this up in August 2011....I really wanted to make some positive changes and for some reason I was drawn to this book. I was enjoying it until she started labelling everything. At first I thought she was kidding but nope. She went all out with that labeller. I don't dispute the fact that things are much easier to find when labelled. There is a certain amount of satisfaction one gets when things are labelled. For me?....I prefer a sticker and black Sharpie!

You could probably find it less then $15 though on Amazon and if so, go for it!
