This is more appropriate for the new beginning folks choosing to enter the dating world.
I've read Mr Unavailable and The Fallback Girl (baggage reclaim) and this book has some similarity, but it's presented from the commitment phobe male perspective.
Talks about fast forwarding and coming on ultra strong in the beginning of a relationship as a red flag for fear of commitment (who knew?)
Very insightful on red flags to watch for and advises setting healthy boundaries and focusing on self. I highly recommend it (just wish I read it 6 months ago...
