Zebra, where you live sounds precisely like where I’m from originally!
Married -> I cheated -> We divorced -> We remarried -> Had two kids -> Now we’re miserable again

In Ontario, you can take home most roadkill but you do have to register certain species on-line with the Ministry of Natural Resources.
Oh wow I thought it was completely prohibited. I'll have to look up which species I have to register. I will admit I'm weird but I like collecting skulls.

Ok I don't think we habe homecoming up here. Is that like a prom? Grad dance?
Awesome photos of thr flowers. Do they have to wear them long?
Love the flying pigs. Although can we all agree that we are thankful they don't actually fly
The news here is still going on about the moose 🫎
When I was a kid it was unheard if to see them down this far but now it's pretty regular. The fact that it's still making news here makes me laugh.
It's made the headlines but the police escorting kids to the buses because a momma bear let her cubs play in the school yard didn't...

Only where I live, people eat Lutefisk.
What Is Lutefisk?
Literally meaning "lye fish," lutefisk is a dried stockfish (normally cod or ling, but haddock and pollock can also be used) that has been brined in lye, soaked to remove the resulting caustic solution, and then steamed until it flakes. The end result looks and feels gelatinous.
It's disgusting! The smell alone is terrible.

I'm usually willing to try anything once but I'll pass on the Lutefisk.
Remember I said tornados have become more common. Yep we are in the area marked for some possible activity tonight.
Ketchup on scrambled eggs. Yes!
Now Ketchup in fridge or cupboard?
Someone on my FB just posted they are considered weird because they put the Ketchup on the bun first then put the weiner in. I've always done this for the kids or they get Ketchup everywhere.

Only where I live do they produce 75% of the hops used in the United States. I love in an agricultural area and can grow things from A to Z, or apricots to zucchini.
Including asparagus.

We don’t have cupboards 😊, but definitely keep ketchup in the pantry.
I will say that that is a disputed opinion.

Ok so where are your dishes kept?
When I think of a pantry it's a little room attached to the kitchen that you store food in.
Cupboards are the small cabinet things attached to the wall above the counters in the kitchen. I have a large one that goes from ceiling to floor that I guess is what I could call a pantry, it stores all the dry goods.
Maybe it's just a difference in name? Like soda and pop, couch and sofa lol

The only ketchup prohibition here is hot dogs.
You want disgusting? Try ripe durian. That's my opinion, and I'm far from alone - but some people get past the smell and say it's delicious. I've passed.

I bought one of these when I lived in Kentucky just as a novelty to show to my Canadian friends/family. I found the label for it just the other day. I realized I couldn't keep a can of disgust around forever so apparently I removed the label and kept it.

Zebra, whenever my son comes to visit from TX, the first stop is our local bagel shop, taylor ham, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Second stop is our local pizzeria.
